Why do I get two reminders for the same event?
When Insightly items appear in Google Calendar, both systems can send reminders. Insightly’s have an orange background. Silence the duplicate in whichever system you prefer. See Google Integrations, Calendar.

Yes. Paid plans can sync with a Microsoft Exchange calendar, and any plan can subscribe to the Insightly calendar feed. See Calendar.
