Connecting

You must be an Insightly administrator to enable the integration for your users, and you’ll need a MailChimp API key.

Importing

Exporting

Exporting adds new subscribers to your selected list, or updates existing subscribers where the email address matches. You can export a single record from a contact or lead, or multiple records from a list view. Only records with a valid email address can be exported.

Before exporting an individual record, check whether it’s already in MailChimp by opening the MailChimp subtab. If no lists or metrics appear there, no matching email address was found in MailChimp yet.
