Next Activity and Last Activity dates

Two date fields that summarize a record’s activity without opening its tabs.

Where they come from

When a record has tasks or emails linked to it, Next Activity and Last Activity date fields appear in the Details section, derived from those linked items.

Date of Last Activity shows the last date a linked task was marked complete or a linked email was saved, and updates even if the task or email is linked to the record after the fact. Date of Next Activity shows the due date of the next incomplete task; a past date means that task is overdue. Click the Activity subtab to see the actual items behind either date.
