Marketing Report Templates by Object

Prospect reports
Prospect Report
The Prospect Report lists the Prospects in your Marketing account, and filters narrow it to the ones you want. By default it shows:
- Prospect ID
- Prospect Name
- Organization Name
- State/Province
- Country
- Date of Last Activity
- Linked Lead (if applicable)
- Linked Contact (if applicable)

Prospect Activity Report
The Prospect Activity Report covers the activity shown on each Prospect’s timeline. By default it filters on Date of Activity for the last 90 days.
Folders containing fields for the report are:

Prospect Growth Report
The Prospect Growth Report shows how your Prospect count has grown. By default it filters on the Date Created field of Prospect records and shows the past 90 days. Edit that filter or add more by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging a field from the Report Fields list on the left.

Lead Conversion Report
The Lead Conversion Report lists Prospects that have converted to Leads in Insightly CRM. By default it filters on the Date of Lead Conversion field of Prospect records and shows the past 90 days. Edit that filter or add more by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging a field from the Report Fields list on the left.

Email reports
Email Performance Report
The Email Performance Report shows statistics for emails sent from Insightly Marketing. By default it filters on the Date Sent field for the past 90 days, with a second filter that keeps only emails where at least one message was actually sent. Edit those filters or add more by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging a field from the Report Fields list on the left. By default it shows:
- Email Name
- Date Sent
- Emails Sent
- Emails Delivered. Email delivery is recorded when a request to send an email results in an email being delivered to the end recipient. However, “delivered” does not necessarily mean that your email is in the recipient’s inbox, and it could even mean that it was delivered to the spam box or completely dropped from their system after being accepted.
- Percentage Delivered
- Hard Bounces. A hard bounce occurs when the message has been permanently rejected, either because the email address is invalid or because it doesn’t exist.
- Soft Bounces. A soft bounce means that the email address was valid and the message reached the recipient’s mail server. Common reasons it bounced back: the mailbox was full (the user is over their quota), the server was down, or the message was too large for the recipient’s inbox.
- Total Opens
- Unique Clicks. The number of individuals who have clicked links in your emails. A customer who clicks the same link more than once counts once.
- Total Clicks. The total number of times recipients have clicked links in your emails.
- Total Opt Outs
- Open Percentage
- Total Click-through Rate. Total clicks as a percentage of emails sent, when the sent count is greater than 0. Calculated as TOTAL_CLICK_COUNT * 100/SENT_COUNT.
- Unique Click-through Rate. Unique clicks as a percentage of emails sent, when the sent count is greater than 0. Calculated as CLICK_COUNT * 100/SENT_COUNT.
- Click to Open Ratio. Unique clicks as a percentage of emails sent, when the open count is greater than 0. Calculated as CLICK_COUNT * 100/OPEN_COUNT.
- Opt Out Rate

Visitor reports
Visitor Webpages Viewed Report
The Visitor Webpages Viewed report lists Prospects and the webpages they viewed. By default it filters on the Page Visit Date/Time field and shows the past 90 days. Edit that filter or add more by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging a field from the Report Fields list on the left. By default it shows:
- Visitor ID
- Prospect Name
- Page Visit Date/Time
- Activity Type
- URL

Visitor Webpage Activity Report
The Visitor Webpage Activity report lists what Prospects did on the pages they visited. By default it filters on the Visit Start Date/Time field and shows the past 90 days. Edit that filter or add more by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging a field from the Report Fields list on the left. By default it shows:
- Visitor ID
- Prospect Name
- Visit Start Date/Time
- Visit End Date/Time
- Page View Count
- Referrer
- Entry Page
- Internet Service Provider
- Visitor City
- Visitor State/Region
- Visitor Country
- Device
- Operating System
- Browser

Paid Social Media Traffic Report
The Paid Social Media Traffic Report lists visitors and the source that referred them. It differs from the Organic Social Media Traffic Report in covering paid advertising only. By default it filters on the last 12 months and a referrer medium of “social”. Edit those filters or add more by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging a field from the Report Fields list on the left. By default it shows:
- Number of Sessions
- Visitor ID
- Referrer Source
- Average Session Length in Minutes

Organic Social Media Traffic Report
The Organic Social Media Traffic Report lists visitors and the source that referred them. It differs from the Paid Social Media Traffic Report in excluding paid advertising. By default it filters on the last 12 months and a referrer medium of “social”. Edit those filters or add more by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging a field from the Report Fields list on the left. By default it shows:
- Number of Sessions
- Visitor ID
- Referrer Source
- Average Session Length in Minutes

Visitor Integration Activities Report
The Visitor Integration Activities Report shows which third-party integrations website visitors interacted with. Website tracking has to be set up for it to return anything. By default it filters on the past 90 days. Edit that filter or add more by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging a field from the Report Fields list on the left. By default it shows:
- Prospect Name
- Category
- Action
- Subject
- External Activity ID
- Date Created

Tracked Custom Event Report
The Tracked Custom Event Report shows the custom events recorded for your account. By default it filters on the past 90 days. Edit that filter or add more by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging a field from the Report Fields list on the left. By default it shows:

List reports
List Report
The List Report shows the lists in your Marketing account. By default it shows lists owned by any user, with these columns:
- List Name
- Folder
- Prospect Count
- List Type
- Public
- Date Created
Edit the default Record by Owner filter, or drag more filters in from the Report Fields section on the left.

Redirect link reports
Redirect Link Performance Report
The Redirect Link Performance report shows your redirect links and their statistics. It has no default filter and shows:
- Link Name
- Destination URL
- Total Clicks
- Unique Clicks
- Date Created
Add filters by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging them from Report Fields on the left.

Form reports
Form Handler Report
The Form Handler Report lists your forms and their submissions. By default it filters on the Date Created field of form handlers and shows the past 90 days. Edit that filter or add more by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging a field from the Report Fields list on the left.

File reports
File Activity Overview Report
The File Activity Overview report shows your hosted files and their view counts. By default it shows:
- File Name
- Total Views
- Unique Views
