Insightly-Unbounce Merger & Your Data Sharing Options
Unbounce and Insightly have merged. This page explains what that means for your data, and how to opt out of data sharing between the two brands.

What this means for you
As part of integrating the two companies, customer data is shared across the Insightly and Unbounce brands to support: improved customer service and support, enhanced product offerings and personalized recommendations, more relevant marketing and cross-sell opportunities, analysis of customer preferences and behavior, joint marketing and promotional activities, and operational planning.
Both companies state their data handling remains compliant with CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 controls, and that data is only shared for legitimate business purposes, not disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
Your rights and how to opt out
Customers who object to data sharing between Insightly and Unbounce can opt out by contacting privacy@unbounce.com. Once processed, data stops being shared for the purposes listed above.
