Granting or removing export permissions

Control whether a user can export data out of Insightly.

Setting export permissions

Administrators allow or prevent data export per user via the Export Permissions option on the Users page.

Users are always limited to exporting only the records they have permission to see, whether the account uses Simple or Advanced Permissions. To change a user’s export permission: go to System Settings > Users, click the user’s name, click Edit User, check or uncheck Export Permissions, and click Save User Details.
